Blue Nile is quite hyped, but honestly the food felt only above average. Ordered the tandoori pomfret and it came in just 5 minutes — clearly pre-cooked, not fresh or juicy. Their signature chicken dish (tandoori-style marination, oven-cooked, topped with fresh malai) sounded great, but the presentation and crockery were odd and didn’t really match the expectations. The biryani was below average and on the salty side. Surprisingly, the fresh curd was excellent — probably the best thing we ordered. On the positive side, the staff are polite and attentive. The restaurant is large, neat, clean, in a convenient location, and valet parking is available. Good place for convenience and setting, but food-wise it’s decent — not bad, but not something extraordinary either.

The biryani is cooked to perfection — perfectly balanced in flavor and spice. It’s medium spicy, so if you prefer a super spicy version, this might not be your spot. But if you appreciate quality ingredients, freshness, and balanced taste, you’re absolutely going to love it! The chicken pieces are big, juicy, tender, and super fresh, cooked perfectly every single time. The rice quality is top-notch, long-grained, and aromatic, while the spices are blended beautifully — not overpowering, just right to make every bite flavorful and satisfying. I’ve been visiting this place for over 15years, and the quality has remained consistently outstanding. That’s something truly rare! The ambience is neat and welcoming — they’ve recently renovated, giving it a fresh and modern look. Service is super fast — I got my biryani within 4–5 minutes! They also have valet parking and clean washrooms, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone craving a flavorful, authentic biryani experience in Pune. Blue Nile Restaurant did not disappoint! We tried their Chicken Biryani, Chicken Tangadi kabab. The Chicken Biryani was flavorful with perfectly cooked rice and tender chicken. The Chicken Tangadi Kabab was juicy and packed with spices. Overall, the food was delicious, and the service was quick and friendly. The cozy ambiance and spotless environment added to the overall experience. Highly recommend Blue Nile for a satisfying meal!
