recently took my car to Carzop Service Center, and the entire experience was exceptional. The staff greeted me warmly and explained the whole process in a very professional manner. The servicing started on time, and every task was done with thorough attention to detail. The mechanic clearly explained which parts and fluids needed replacement, and there were no hidden charges at all. Very unprofessional. Incomplete service. I called them up for jump starting the battery of my car which was discharged. The service guy came recharged the battery, car turned on but the warning sign and alert sound didn’t go away. Their service guy said it’ll automatically go away in 10-15 min. But even till the next day it didn’t go away. I called them up again asking them to rectify the battery alert issue. They said I will have to pay the service charge again for the work which they left incomplete. I already paid Rs.1000 for jump starting the battery which is way to high and unfair in the first place now they are asking for more. They were rude as well.
