Although it’s a completely vegetarian restaurant, Burma Burma does full justice to its dishes. The food is tasty and flavourful without being overwhelming. We tried the pepper soup and clear noodle soup—both had the right balance of spices and warmth. The corn falafel starter dipped in coconut milk was okayish; it felt more like a tikki in a kadhi-style gravy. The lotus root salad stood out with its crisp texture. The Burmese fried rice paired with Rangoon vegetable curry was truly tasty 😋👌. Their signature dish, Oh Khao Suey, completely stole the show—rich, comforting, and absolutely delicious. The Guava mocktail was so very tangy n flavourful with the right hint of herbs/ mix of juices The service was excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful first-time experience and a place I’d happily revisit.

I recently visited Burma Burma at DLF Cyber Hub and had a decent experience overall. This is a pure vegetarian restaurant serving Burmese cuisine, which is quite unique compared to the usual options around. One thing to note before visiting is that the menu can be a little difficult to understand if you are not familiar with Burmese cuisine. Unless you already know what dishes you want to try, it may take some time to figure out what to order. So it’s best to go in with a little awareness of the cuisine or some recommended dishes in mind. The prices are slightly on the higher side, which is something to keep in mind. The service, however, is quite quick, which was definitely a positive. In terms of food, a couple of dishes that stood out were the Crispy Lotus Stem and the Oh No Soup. The soup is quite rich and heavy — one portion is easily enough for two people. The seating arrangement felt a bit cramped, with tables placed quite close to each other, so there isn’t a lot of room to move around comfortably. Overall, I would say Burma Burma is worth trying once, especially if you’re curious about Burmese cuisine, but it helps to know what you want to try before you visit.

The Food: Every dish feels like a discovery. Their Khow Suey is legendary for a reason—the broth is rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Samosa soup was unique and sooo good. We also loved exploring their variety of tea leaf salads and steamed buns; stir fry veggies with water chestnut was exactly what and how we wanted. the textures and flavors are quite good. Desserts are unique and don't compromise on taste. The Ambiance: The restaurant beautifully blends modern design with cultural touches. It’s the kind of place that works just as well for a focused culinary exploration as it does for a relaxed family meal. The Service: The staff is attentive and well-versed in the menu, which is helpful since there are so many unique ingredients to learn about.
