Fantasy experience with Phometo. The customer relationship team led by Yusuff and the photography team of Manjunath and Sharan (the photo and album editor) were extremely good and the whole shoot was quite smooth and seamless. They were highly flexible and accommodative of our requests and did a great maternity shoot at our home. I love how they made our dusty backyard look like a botanical garden. Kudos to the team. Highly recommended.
The album turned out really well. I had no trouble communicating any changes I wanted to the team. Got a lot of compliments on the finished album. The only issue I have with the finished album is that they used the same pic on the cover and the first page. Instructions weren’t clear when they asked, so there was a slight miscommunication. But overall I’m happy with the result.
Phometo turned out to be a great choice for me. I hired them for the naming ceremony of my little girl and the services were really good. The photographer, Naveen was very accommodating and waited with patience for my baby to settle down, as she was being cranky and not allowing to take photos as he would have liked. The edited photos were delivered as per the expected timelines and the quality was great. Thanks to their editor Prayag for the same. Pavithra helped from the very 1st call and ensured that everything was delivered as per the plan. It was overall a good experience.
