I took my Husky in for a grooming session and had clearly informed the staff twice to trim the sanitary area and the paws. I was assured that this had been done, but once I got home, I noticed that the paw fur was still untrimmed and the sanitary area remained the same as before the bath. While my dog did feel fresh and clean after the session, the grooming itself felt incomplete, rushed, and inadequate. It appeared that only the most basic steps were carried out, without the level of detail or thoroughness I expect—especially considering the cost of the service. Overall, I’m extremely dissatisfied with this experience and will need to seriously reconsider returning for future visits. Additionally, the pricing of toys is becoming unreasonable. I understand that branding plays a role, but when the exact same products are available online at significantly lower prices, it would be appreciated if there were more affordable options or better value offered.

We have been using Domlur HUFT branch for the last 5 years for my Shih zu’s grooming and shopping needs and it has been an incredible experience. From the warm and amazing front of house staff to the groomers, we’ve always had a wonderful experience. Highly highly recommended. We love it there!
