This is one of the best engineering institutes in Gujarat started in back 1948. When it comes to engineering this is one of the first names that ever comes to mind. This place has given far many good engineers to the society. Also it is one of the Government operated college so fees are very very low. It had many different labs and testing equipments which student can use while attending the labs. Initially it was part of the gujarat university but lately I think it became part of the Gujarat technological university and after that I have heard a lot of changes but not sure though. I was honored that I got a chance to study here. Even after finishing my bechalor in 2009 still all memories are fresh and that give me one reason to be happy every new day. And this is one of the best things that happens to me in my life so far. Also I did get chance to study for few months in one of the other private best university (Nirma institute of technology) but I always recommend this college over any other institutes in Gujarat for better reasons. I dont think curriculum was ever the center of question here but it had taught me many important lessons in my life which i would never had got chance to learn anywhere. One of those best lesson was how you can just surive with nothing and still be happy without worrying about too much stuff. Also how I can forgot some of the best friends I got from here who are still crucial part of my life today and will be forever. I will definitely recommend this college to anyone. I will be always grateful for this opportunity, THANK YOU L. D. Engineering !!!!!!
