Citrine Clinic by Dr Niti Gaur

I usually refrain from writing negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience in the hope that it helps improve the patient support process. I had a consultation with Dr. Niti Gaur and had a follow-up query before starting the prescribed medications. Unfortunately, it has been extremely difficult to reach out for post-consultation support. I tried contacting the clinic via WhatsApp call and even visited in person, but there has been no way to speak with the doctor — directly or even through a staff member. The staff took my prescription and assured me that my concern would be taken care of, but even after two days and a second in-person visit, I have received no call back or any response. As a patient, it is disheartening to see that once the consultation fee is paid, the aftercare and support are treated with little importance. It feels quite money-minded and transactional, rather than patient-focused. I sincerely hope the clinic reflects on this and takes steps to ensure better communication and support, especially when patients have genuine concerns about medications.

Recently, I underwent an Ultherapy treatment at Citrine Clinic, and I must say it was a tremendous experience. I am extremely satisfied with the treatment and the results. The therapist and the doctor who performed the procedure are highly experienced and professional. I would highly recommend Citrine Clinic—not only because of their expertise, but also because they consistently use the latest and most advanced technologies. They offer excellent face and body treatments such as Ultherapy, facials, and body contouring procedures like Artica and Exilis, all of which are done exceptionally well. I am a long-term patient of the clinic and felt it was important to take the time to share my experience. I have received tremendous results from all my treatments, including fillers. I had my folliculitis treatment with Niti ma’am at Citrine, and it was a great experience. The procedure was completely painless, and she handled everything very professionally. I felt comfortable throughout the treatment, and the staff was also very supportive. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the care and would definitely recommend Citrine for anyone seeking treatment. 😊
