Mr. Munna majhi came from the company and his service and behaviour both are wonderful. He is a very hardworking person and very much knowledgeable about the service. His service was 100/10, he literally covered every inch of my 3bhk flat. I am continuing service with the company from last 1 year and all the representatives came from the company everyone is equally capable and knowledge most importantly their manner deserves appreciation. We have used Pest Control of India for many years at our home in Kolkata, and Surjeet Choudhury is fantastic! He is consistently professional, reliable, and does an excellent job managing our pest control needs. We truly appreciate his dedication and highly recommend him.
We had hired their services for our flat in Newtown, Kolkata, for 'birdpro', which basically are supplementary windows with nets that keep mosquitoes out. Payment was made in full on 18th March 2026. After much follow up work started in April and then surprises started coming - the assembled frames that came from their factory were way shorter than the doors and windows. They started blaming our door and window construction. But it actually shows Rentokil's lack of technical expertise in-situ. I even told them to leave the project incomplete and refund the balance, which they refused to do. Today, 22 April, they came back and stuffed all the gaps (due to shorter frames) with wood, newspapers and silicone paste leaving a shabby look. So much for a Rs 18000 contract and a so called 'professional' company.
