Where children learn the art of being background props Enrolled my kids (ages 4 and 6) here with the naïve belief that a day care exists for well, kids. Turns out, it primarily exists for reels. Activities are conducted with one clear objective: content creation. Participation is optional as long as there are enough children in the frame to keep Instagram alive. If your child is camera-shy, introverted, or simply not “reel-friendly". They will be quietly excluded. Because here, your child is not a learner-your child is marketing material. Safety? Not a priority. There are no CCTV cameras, but that’s fine because visuals are only important when they’re flattering and public-facing. Internally, children are just numbers contributing to annual turnover. Attention to your child is parent-dependent. If you visit often, ask questions, and hover your child matters. If you trust the daycare to do the job you’re paying for, you’re invisible. In the social-media-first education model, silence equals consent. The center head appears to be more of a theoretical concept than a real presence. Rarely seen, mostly unavailable but magically very responsive once a negative review goes up. Expect a prompt phone call, profuse apologies, and heartfelt promises to “look into it.” Actual resolution, however, remains a mystery. To be fair, there are a few genuinely good teachers who try Shrutika Ma’am being one of them. Unfortunately, sincere effort doesn’t stand a chance against a system run on hashtags and highlight reels. In summary: Everything looks great on camera. Parents feel reassured by photos and videos. Meanwhile, actual learning, inclusion, and accountability quietly exit the frame. Little Millennium is not run by educators. It’s run by digital marketers.
We are extremely happy with Little Millennium School. The teachers are caring, patient, and very dedicated towards the children’s growth. The curriculum is well-balanced with academics, creative activities, and play, which really helps in overall development. My child loves going to school every day and has become more confident, expressive, and independent since joining. The school environment is safe, warm, and nurturing, and the staff is always approachable and supportive. A big thank you to the entire team of Little Millennium for providing such a strong foundation for our children’s future! Highly recommended.
