I have loved food from here in the past, however, sad to say that the quality and taste is deteriorating. Gulab jamuns are soft, but too sweet. Samosa is smaller, the aloo masala is not balanced, outer crust was good. Patra wasn't tasty and very oily. Methi khakhra's ingredients are wheat flour, methi, groundnut oil. I was happy to see this on the lable, however, found the khaharas oily and not fresh. Having enjoyed snacks from here for a long time, it breaks my heart to see the quality deteriorating.
The variety and quality of sweets and farsan is excellent and amazing. What i want to highlight , is my experience with the service provided by their staff. Their staff went out of the way and provided an excellent packaging for the sweets I bought. Would express my appreciation to their attitude towards customer service. Vasant Bhanushali
