Worst Experience – Unprofessional and Unreliable I had a terrible experience with JK Digital Photo Studio. They committed to a 2-day delivery timeline, but it took over a week of constant follow-ups to get anything back. Throughout the delay, I had to make numerous calls and send multiple reminders. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered nothing but nonsense excuses while aggressively asking for payment before delivering the work. After a week of waiting and unprofessional behavior, I finally received only the raw photos. There is zero commitment to deadlines and a complete lack of professionalism here. If you value your time and expect quality service, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
Excellent photographer. They arrived on time, were very professional and patient. We booked them for our kid's birthday party, and they have a magical way of finding the perfect angles, lighting, and of course, expressions. Thank you, JK Digital Studio, for capturing such beautiful memories.
