One of the most unbelievable stressful experiences!! I ordered three bouquets for 3 different locations for Mother’s Day and all of them had terrible issues!! Two of the orders were delivered late at night around 9pm. They MISSED the delivery of the third order and apologized the next day inspite of me constantly asking them if it was delivered on Mother’s Day!!! Second embarrassing incident was that delivery person asked for payment when my order was already prepaid!! When I raised this concern the employee said it happens if they are new delivery people!!! Also, it completely dried out within 12 hours see reference image. The next morning it was flat dead. I wonder if it was sprayed heavily with some Chemicals to look fresh upon delivery. No comment from the team and they turned on disappearing messages and deleted the conversation. It’s unbelievable how so many issues came up. It was the most frustrating and stressful incident for me and never ordering from freshknots again!!
My bouquet was absolutely beautiful! Bonus was how easy it was to talk to their customer service and how adaptive they were. Thank you for making our day more amazing! ❤️
I was completely blown away by the creativity and design sense at this flower shop. Their range of artificial flowers is truly impressive — you can’t even tell they’re not real, even by touch! Every arrangement is absolutely gorgeous, crafted with incredible attention to detail and artistic flair. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for beautiful, long-lasting floral designs that look as good as (if not better than) the real thing!
