Confirmed appointment. Locked clinic. Zero accountability. We had a confirmed appointment for my wife on 28 Dec 2025 at 12:30 PM. We were clearly informed that the doctor would be available until 1:30 PM. We arrived early at 12:25 PM. The clinic was completely locked. No doctor. No staff. No notice. No message. When we tried calling, the phone was ringing inside the clinic, yet no one answered. So the clinic was “open” enough for the phone to ring—but apparently not open enough for patients who actually show up. For a clinic located in one of the most premium areas of Hyderabad, this level of professionalism is shockingly poor. Patients take time off, travel, and plan their day around appointments—only to be met with a locked door and silence. Advice to others: Do NOT book appointments here. The doctor is extremely unprofessional and shows no respect for patients’ time. If you value your schedule and peace of mind, look elsewhere. Simple expectation: if you can’t keep appointments or inform patients, don’t take bookings.
Great experience at this place. My skin looks better than ever. Dr. Deepthi is great understanding my concerns and explaining all the options. The staff are excellent as well. Highly recommended it
