Last weekend, we stayed at this property for a wedding, and it was a wonderful experience. The place is huge and spacious, with all rooms sunlit and airy. Each room has its own balcony, perfect for sitting back and enjoying the fresh air with a sip of morning tea or coffee. The washrooms were neat, clean, and generously sized. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options, including healthy choices to suit different preferences. The hotel staff were polite, courteous, and always helpful. All the venues within the property used for the wedding functions were beautifully done and truly amazing. Each corner is aesthetically appealing Would definitely recommend this property for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! The room was incredibly spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Everything was well maintained and felt high quality. The staff were amazing — very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They really made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back! Thanks Harsh

We chose Jaypee Greens Golf & Spa Resort to celebrate our wedding anniversary, expecting a peaceful and luxurious 5-star experience. Instead, what we went through was nothing short of a complete disaster. To begin with, there was a wedding taking place at the property on the same weekend. Despite this, no prior intimation was given to us. At check-in, we were told no room was available—even after requesting early check-in—and were made to wait endlessly. Completely unacceptable for a so-called 5-star resort. We had a confirmed lunch reservation at Patra restaurant, yet we were outright denied a table and asked to go dine somewhere else. Only after a heated argument were we finally given a table. Shockingly, there was a large table for 8 lying empty, but since we were a group of 4, they refused to allot it to us initially. The level of rigidity and lack of hospitality was appalling. The chaos didn’t end there. Around 6 PM, loud band and drum noises from the baraat in the lobby started echoing into our room. It was impossible to rest. After multiple complaints, we were forced to change our room. This is not what anyone expects when booking a luxury anniversary stay. At 7 PM, we requested the reception to place a cake in our room while we stepped out briefly. When we returned at 8 PM, there was no cake. We had to repeatedly call the reception before it was finally delivered. Every small request required constant follow-up—no sense of service or responsibility. The worst part came at 2:45 AM. A group of around 10 people were sitting in a balcony diagonally opposite our room, shouting and talking loudly. Our sleep—and more importantly, our children’s sleep—was completely disturbed. We had to record a video from our balcony and send it to the front desk before they finally acted at 3:15 AM. Imagine having to prove the disturbance at that hour just to get some peace. We were travelling with our two kids, and the entire stay was a horrible experience. The children couldn’t sleep in the evening due to the band noise and were again disturbed late at night. What was supposed to be a special anniversary celebration turned into a stressful, frustrating ordeal. This was by far one of the worst hospitality experiences we have ever had. Absolutely not worthy of being called a 5-star resort. Extremely disappointed.
