During my visit to their main shop in Ahmedabad, I was particularly captivated by their Mohanthal. It stood out from others I've tasted, boasting a unique texture and flavor that was both rich and satisfying. If you're in Ahmedabad and have a sweet tooth, a visit to is a must. Their Mohanthal alone is worth the trip, promising a taste of tradition that has endured for generations.
I was kept waiting for 15 minutes without proper communication. First, I ordered assorted penda and was told to wait while they packed it. After about 10 minutes, they informed me that it was not available. Then I asked what was available, and they said Mohanthal. I agreed and asked them to adjust the price difference. After waiting another 5–7 minutes, they again told me that it was not available either. If they didn’t have the items, they should have informed me at the beginning instead of making me wait unnecessarily. There were around 10 staff members present, yet no one seemed to know what was actually in stock. Very disappointing customer service. I will not be coming back again.
Incredible sweets and delicious taste! Visited the Ashram Road outlet and their Mohanthal and Kesar Peda are unbeatable. Clean, well-presented shop and the aroma of pure ghee as you enter is lovely. Highly recommended for gifts or special treats.
