Muthu Pharmacy is one of the oldest and most trusted pharmacies in Chennai, from what I understood during my visit. They have many outlets across the city, and you can find almost all medicines here. Older generations always recommend Muthu Pharmacy, which shows the trust built over the years. The staff are good, but they are often very busy, so customers may need to wait. I had to wait about 10 minutes to place my order. The cashier, a lady, seemed a bit frustrated due to the rush and was not very friendly. After payment, it felt like you just take your medicine and leave. Still, overall it is a reliable pharmacy, and at the end of the day, what matters most is getting the right medicine — and Muthu Pharmacy delivers.
Muthu Pharmacy used to be one of the best medical shops, where we could get all medicines in one place. Earlier, if any medicine was not available, they would note our number, arrange it the same day, and inform us. But nowadays, the service has dropped. Staff are not as responsible, and they don’t respond properly
