Deccan Paradise | Hyderabadi Biryani | Best Biryani in Bengaluru

The biryani taste is okay not bad, but nothing close to the original Paradise chains from Hyderabad. Having lived in Hyderabad, I can say the flavor here is quite different. It’s fine for a quick meal, but not the authentic biryani experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. I ordered the “Chicken Drumstick Dry” through Swiggy, and what I received was nowhere close to what was described. The item was advertised as *stir fried*, but what they delivered was an extremely **deep-fried**, overcooked piece with nothing left to eat. It was completely inedible. The issue became worse when I tried to resolve it. I contacted Swiggy with photos, but instead of acknowledging the problem, they instantly denied any refund and closed the case within a minute. This shows a complete lack of responsibility from both the restaurant and the delivery partner. If the restaurant intends to serve deep-fried food, they should at least mention it clearly on the menu. Misleading customers with incorrect descriptions and then delivering poor-quality food is unacceptable.

I’ve been eating biryani from here for almost 5 years, and the taste has always been amazing. The Gongura Chicken Dum Biryani and chicken combo is a very nice choice. Personally, I love the Gongura Biryani — that’s the main reason I’ve come back here many times. Consistently delicious and definitely worth trying!
