I had about four hours to spend in Delhi before going to Mumbai, so I decided to explore a little and ended up finding this amazing restaurant. At first, I thought it would be like any other overpriced café in Mumbai because many foreigners were there and the ambience was calm with soothing music. But I was pleasantly surprised, the food was very affordable and absolutely delicious. For breakfast I had a chocolate croissant with espresso, and later for lunch I tried mutton rogan josh with naan. The mutton was incredibly tender and juicy. They even served me complimentary saffron tea, which was such a lovely touch. The service was great, the staff were very kind, and the whole experience felt warm and welcoming. I truly loved everything about this place.
Excellent restaurant quality food. More expensive than some local places (not by much), but well worth it. The restaurant is clean, cool and has attentive and friendly staff. The butter and garlic naan delicious, in fact I had to order another - probably the best I have eaten, crispy, stretchy, just perfect. Dal Makani and Kadhai Paneer were very tasty; as was the Murgh Tikka. A much needed reprieve from days of eating at some of the more local places. I asked for some chopped chillies to spice it up a little and the staff were more than obliging. Can’t recommend enough
The food was surprisingly better than I expected! I tried the butter chicken with bread and rice combo—it was absolutely delicious, and the portions were generous. I’ll definitely be coming back to try their biryani next time. The prices are mid-range and affordable, and the service was excellent.
