Heads Up For Tails Pet Store & Spa - Himayatnagar, Hyderabad

This was my fourth visit for my Shih Tzu. The first time was good, but the next two visits were a disaster. I even left a bad review earlier because the bath service wasn’t done properly and his hair was cut too short. The manager then called me and asked me to stay during the next visit so I could see everything myself. So this time, I stayed for the entire three-hour grooming session. And let me tell you, don’t leave your pets and go. The last two times when I left, they didn’t even do the bath properly. But this time, since we were sitting right there watching through the CCTV, they actually did the bath right. Now coming to the haircut, I showed a clear reference picture, but what they did first was completely different. When I pointed it out, the groomer had the audacity to say, “that haircut can only be done on puppies, not adult Shih Tzus.” Like seriously? Shih Tzus look the same from 3 months to 13 years. If it couldn’t be done, he should’ve just said so instead of doing a random cut. After the first attempt, My Dog literally looked like Salman Khan from Tere Naam 😭. Then again, I had to explain and show the photo once more, only then he tried to fix it and did something slightly better, but still not close to what I asked for. It’s honestly disappointing to pay thousands for their “package” only to get half-done work and attitude. This place really needs better-trained staff and people who actually listen to customers instead of making excuses. I’m adding the reference image of the haircut I requested and the first haircut they did below.

Great teddy bear hair cut ! 💇 Grooming is excellent. When scoopies hair got dry, they suggested oil massage. I got the massage done for Scoopy twice. Now hair turned smooth and shiny. I got Lara groomed at Heads Up For Tails(Himayatnagar) today and the experience was absolutely flawless. The staff is extremely kind, helpful, and speaks very warmly, which instantly puts both pets and pet parents at ease. The store manager was especially attentive and guided me in choosing the right grooming package and other pet-related needs with great care and knowledge. You can truly see how much they care. I get both my pets groomed here, and every single time they do an outstanding job. They treat our pets like their own, with so much love and patience. Hands down, one of the best grooming experiences... highly recommended! 🐾❤️
