We are a travelling couple from Guwahati and on our penultimate night in Kolkata, we met with an unfortunate accident caused due to negligence from a local ambassador taxi. The damage done was bad enough for us to drive down the next day to Guwahati. So we enquired at a few body work places nearby and received quotations of 15000 & above. However we visited Sauradeep’s place and to our surprise he not just repaired the damage to our satisfaction, but also didn’t over-impose unnecessary painting work as it was manageable later. He understood our situation that we were urgently required to drive back home and did the basic work required for us to safely reach Guwahati in only 5800/- Rs. I can’t recommend this place enough! It’s rare to find a mechanic you can actually trust, but the team here does fantastic work. My car is running smoother than ever, and I was pleasantly surprised when I got the bill. Unlike many other shops, they don’t charge unnecessarily or try to upsell you on parts you don’t need. They are honest about what actually requires fixing. On top of the great service, the owner, Mr. Souradeep is incredibly friendly and takes the time to explain everything clearly.
