We had a wonderful stay at Grand Bay Resort and a truly memorable experience overall. The ambience was beautiful, calm, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room service was excellent, and everything was well maintained and comfortable. A special thanks to Mr. Providential and Ms. Seril for their warm hospitality. We are especially grateful to Mr. Shameer and Ms. Ritu Rai — they did a fantastic job and took such good care of us throughout our stay. They were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They even helped us a lot with arranging the cake, which made our celebration even more special. Their efforts and kindness really stood out and made us feel very well looked after. Overall, we had a very good time and would definitely recommend Grand Bay Resort to anyone looking for great service, lovely ambience, and a pleasant stay. Our stay at Grande Bay Resort and Spa was really good, with excellent service throughout. I felt the resort had more of a boutique hotel vibe. The rooms were spacious, neat, and well-maintained, making the stay very comfortable. While it’s not very close to the beach, they do provide buggy service for pick-up and drop. We also attended a wedding at the property and had a great time. The ambiance and overall setup added nicely to the experience. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service, a cozy setting, and a convenient location.
We stayed here during Dussehra holiday. Never had any exceptions, but our stay was very pleasant.Resort was almost fully booked even on Friday and Car parking was almost full. Excellent hospitality, room was upgraded to next level due to non availability of what we booked.Check in and Check out process was very smooth and good. Location: is almost prime where you can find many pure veg restaurants nearby. Private beach was good with a lawn maintained excellently to play with kids .buggy service was provided . Swimming pool: Neatly maintained, Purchased a swimming suit for kid and life guard fully available for guidance, which we have never seen in any resorts. Food .Expensive and felt very spicy as we had only Veg. Buffet breakfast was good . Overall a good stay and would definitely visit again for the hospitality and peaceful atmosphere .
