We had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Hyderabad KCP. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant. The rooftop area was truly amazing — such a cool and relaxing space with great ambiance. My 3-year-old son thoroughly enjoyed the stay, especially spending time at the rooftop, which made our family trip even more special. My family felt very comfortable throughout, and the overall hospitality made us feel at home. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. Had a very comfortable stay for 5 days. During the stay there was a concern but the Mr. Suraj and management took notice of it rectified the issue and provided solution. Mr. Suraj knows how to treat the guests properly. Highly recommend if you would like to stay in a Premium hotel. Also the hotel serves tasty food in the restaurant. They make food for your kids base on the kids needs even though you have chosen buffett. Sai provided good service at the restaurant.
