Extremely unprofessional! Dear HOD Management Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had while interacting with your customer care team regarding my upcoming appointment at your Gurugram centre on 9 March 2026 at 9:45 AM. Firstly, I fail to understand why I am being called repeatedly for appointment confirmation when I have already confirmed the appointment and paid an advance of ₹5000. Once the payment is made and the appointment is booked, such repeated calls become unnecessary and inconvenient for the customer. Secondly, I was informed that ₹5000 will be deducted if I am late by even half an hour. This policy seems extremely unreasonable, especially considering the unpredictable traffic conditions in Delhi NCR, where a delay of 20–30 minutes is very common despite one’s best efforts. A rigid policy like this creates unnecessary stress for patients. I strongly suggest that you extend the grace period to at least one hour to make it more practical and customer-friendly. Thirdly, I would like to specifically highlight the unprofessional and rude behaviour of your customer care executive, Himanshu. His tone and manner of speaking were extremely discourteous and inappropriate for someone representing a healthcare service. Customers expect empathy and professionalism when dealing with medical appointments, but unfortunately the interaction I had was quite the opposite. Such behaviour and policies leave a very negative impression of your organization. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, reviews its customer handling practices, and ensures that staff members communicate with patients in a respectful and professional manner. I had a very good experience at House of Diagnostics, thanks to Renu. Even though the place was extremely crowded and she was clearly handling a lot of patients at the same time, she remained calm, polite, and professional throughout. What really stood out was how respectfully she spoke to every patient, even when people kept interrupting her while she was already assisting someone else. She managed everyone with patience, a smile, and great courtesy. Staff like her truly make a stressful medical visit much more comfortable. Highly appreciated!
Very organised - they have a reception for every section which makes it easier to get in touch with departments of interest. Very clean - interiors are well maintained and the space is hygienic. Very efficient - I came in for an Ultrasound and within 10 minutes, I got my test results there and then. Even though I hope I’m always healthy and never have to visit this place for test results again, I would definitely recommend this place for any and all kinds of tests. 🤭
