I recently visited Dr. Kapur’s clinic to get my chipped front tooth fixed. Dr. Lovleen examined my case thoroughly and also pointed out that I had a few cavities and needed a cleaning. She explained everything clearly and patiently answered all my questions. What really stood out to me was that at no point did I feel rushed, or like she was simply trying to finish the procedure and send me home. She took the time to make sure I understood my options and genuinely helped build my confidence in the treatment. One of my teeth kept troubling me during the process, but she didn’t give up until it felt comfortable. She continued to check in which I really liked. What I appreciated the most was her honesty.
