Sambar Ritual

This is one of my best south indian restaurant experience in gurgaon. The place feels like a south indian home. The staff is so humble and knows the menu. I tried the ghee podi idli and chettinad mini idli and it was so good. The soicy chettinad is now my favourite at sambar ritual. The sambar shots on arrival with papad already sets the tone. The Hyderabadi bandi dosa is another highlight. The best dish i had here was malabar curry with malabar parotta. This dish tells that south indian cuisine is so much more than just dosas. One of the best dish i had recently. Must try the hot filter coffee. Really enjoyed this place and will definitely go again here soon.

The most striking thing about this restaurant is its service. The people are so welcoming and always at your disposal. They are more than happy to serve you with extra food without charging for anything which other restaurants don’t agree for in general. Prem and Sanjay gave us the best possible experience. We went to celebrate my Mother-in-law’s birthday and they made it special by playing a birthday song and offering us a complimentary dessert in the end. We ordered a lot of food but were unable to finish all as it was heavy and the servings were huge. They were always around to serve piping hot sambhar and chutneys which stole the show. I loved the taste of sambhar. Just so perfect. The vibe itself was very pleasing as they have a small temple in the beginning itself. They light Diyas everyday and it gives such a positive vibe while having dinner. We ordered Masala Paniyaram, Ragi Uttapam, Malabar Parotha with mushrooms, plain dosas and two more starters. Everything was just so perfect. So 5 stars for the efforts, food and the excellent staff that they’ve hired. A must try I would say! I would definitely pay again to have such food. Also, they give you a coupon and you get free valet parking as well.

Good place for South Indian Food at Magnum Global Park. Menu is very extensive. They have unlimited breakfast and high tea options also. They serve Rasam in the beginning which is too good with Papads. Tried 4 items from their menu - 1. Chettinad Masala Dosa - Great taste, must try 2. Neelgiri Uttapam - Very heavy, great in taste but very cheesy 3. Curd Rice - not a fan but my friend had it 4. Appam with Stew - Very unique and tasty Service is really good. Washrooms are available outside. There is Mustard Madras restaurant also for south Indian food. Date of Visit - 9th April 2026
