I booked my appointment at Meghavi Wellness Spa, Amrutha Castle Hyderabad. Had a relaxing visit with courteous and skilled staff. The service was done patiently and neatly. Booking through the Luzo app saved time.
Extremely bad massage and not professional or experienced therapist and extremely dirty room with no maintenance. Even the receptionist was unprofessional as they were themselves not sure and were telling to take the service elsewhere…I’m a premium customer and a loyal member with advance package taken of 50Hours and extremely shocked to see this kind of service. Now I regret taking the premium membership as there are much better and professional Spa available in the city.
The property is amazing and the service is exceptional. Really enjoyed my visit here.
