The Golkonda Resorts & Spa

Our stay was a mix of great highlights and disappointing lows. The Good: The resort grounds are stunning, and the large swimming pool is fantastic. We were here for our anniversary, and the bed decoration was beautiful. The complementary cake was also super good and a very thoughtful touch. The food across the board was top-tier. The Bad: Despite the respectful welcome at reception, the actual room experience was not 5-star quality. The AC was so noisy it made sleeping difficult, the bathroom water was leaking, and the shower pressure/quality was pathetic. While the staff is polite in their words, the implementation of a luxury experience is missing. A 5-star property shouldn't have these kinds of maintenance issues, especially for a special occasion.

Great place, clean rooms. Quiet. Good service, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is very nice. Rest of the food is so-so. Many mosquitoes. The pool was dirty when we went. Maybe they'll clean it later.

I would like to talk about a HORRIBLE experience with the Valet of Golkonda Resorts. We attended a function on 04/03/2026 at night. They are the most irresponsible people. We gave the card to our valet and it was 50 minutes since we gave and we have been waiting with mosquitoes killing us and our car never came. When we went ourselves to know where our car is, we got to know that they haven’t even taken our car keys to get the car. This is ridiculous behavior from their valet team & I STRONGLY RECOMMEND to NOT hire their valet service. It wasn’t just us, a lot of other guests have faced a similar issues. This irresponsible behavior of theirs is unacceptable, waiting at 12 in the night for an hour !!??? The resort charges a bomb for services like this, but trust me your guests will suffer with with their horrible service. I would strongly urge to think twice before you want to book a venue for any event. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
