⭐ Very Disappointing Day Outing Experience We expected much more from a 5-star resort, but ended up very disappointed. Leonia Holistic clearly treats day outing guests differently from staying members. My father has undergone backbone surgery, yet our request for an internal tuk-tuk ride was denied saying it’s only for stay guests — very insensitive. At the time of payment, we were told everything was included, but once inside, all indoor and outdoor activities were chargeable. The only thing included was the pool, which felt misleading. It was my birthday, and despite requesting decor, we were asked to celebrate in a mosquito-filled garden with just one table. The buffet food was below average, swimwear was non-refundable, and the overall approach felt money-minded. The experience did not justify the cost at all, Evening snacks were said to be till 6:30 PM; we reached by 6:10 PM and were told it was over. The staff was not informative or helpful, and their attitude was disappointing. A family day outing costing around ₹10k offered very poor value. The overall experience failed to match the price charged. Poor service. Not recommended for day outings.

I visited for a day outing on weekday. It was good experience. Ticket costs around 1750 per person with access to Indoor games like chess, carrooms, snooker, air hockey, foose ball etc and Outdoor games likes net cricket, volley ball, Badminton, Basket Ball, outdoor chess, ludo, snake and ladder etc and welcome drink, buffet lunch(1 chicken starter, chicken biryani and fish curry and good varieties of veg.), Pool activities. All were very good. You need to walk some distance for all the above activities and food. Its better if kids area is there like swing, see saw etc. I saw only pool activities for kids. Also the staff didnt have proper info about the food being served as there were multiple locations. Ample parking is there.

I went to Leonia for swimming during the rain event, but the hospitality was very disappointing. I wore a nylon dress suitable for swimming, but the staff argued that it was not allowed and behaved very rudely. They also promised a welcome drink, but the taste was very bad. Another disappointment was the DJ timing — they said the DJ would continue until 5 PM, but they stopped it before 5. Even the songs played were not good or suitable for a fun rainy-day atmosphere. Overall, the experience was not worth it because of the poor hospitality, rude behavior from the staff, and unfulfilled promises.
