Thank you to the orchids school sarjapur team for organizing such a fun and memorable Pizza Pajama Party for the kids. The idea was creative, well-planned, and perfectly age-appropriate. The children thoroughly enjoyed coming in their pajamas, sharing pizza with friends, and spending quality time together in a relaxed atmosphere. Everything was organized smoothly, ensuring both fun and safety. Events like these help build bonding, joy, and positive school memories. More Than a School — A Place Where Our Child’s Dreams Found Wings As parents, it is a rare blessing to find a school that truly sees a child — not just for academics, but for who they are and who they can become. For our family, Orchids – The International School, Sarjapur Road has been that place for our son, Master Garuda Balaji. From his early years at Orchids, Garuda has grown not only as a student, but as a confident young speaker, thinker, and cultural ambassador. The warmth, encouragement, and belief shown by the school have played a profound role in shaping his journey. Today, as Garuda steps into Grade 3, he carries achievements that fill our hearts with pride and gratitude: • World’s Youngest Public Speaker, recognized by the Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records • One of the youngest TEDx speakers in India and the world, with his TEDx talk featured on the official TEDx channel. • An Inspirational Young Voice, having delivered motivational speeches at schools, NGOs, and public platforms — including addressing over 15,000 people alongside the Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Basavaraj Bommai, and inspiring 400+ children on Children’s Day with recognition from the District Child Protection Office, Government of Karnataka • Cultural and Academic Excellence, with a deep love for Sanskrit shlokas (including Vishnu Sahasranamam), strong academics, mental math, and outstanding physical fitness through Junior Ninja Movements We will always cherish the moments when Orchids celebrated Garuda’s journey — from the Annual Day presentations where his story was showcased on the big screen across grade-level programs, to the posters displayed at the school entrance, and the heartfelt applause from the Orchids community. These moments gave a young child confidence, purpose, and belief in himself. Our heartfelt thanks go to the Principal and the entire Orchids team. We would especially like to acknowledge Garuda’s class teachers — Saritha Singh ma’am (K1), Amritha ma’am (K2), Rakhi ma’am (Grade 1 & 2), Hiloni ma’am (Grade 3) — and his Public Speaking Teacher, Jasi ma’am, for their continuous guidance, encouragement, and belief in him at every stage of his journey. As parents, we know that behind every confident child stands a group of compassionate educators, and we are deeply grateful to each one of them. We are also thankful to the Orchids PR team for their encouragement and support, which helped bring Garuda’s achievements into the spotlight. Being featured as a Young Achiever in EducationWorld Magazine was a proud moment for our family, and it meant a lot to see Orchids acknowledged for its nurturing role. Encouraged by this positive environment, we have now enrolled our younger children, Gowri and Ganapa, at Orchids as well. With all three of our children growing here, Orchids has truly become an extended family for us. As parents, watching our child step onto global platforms like TEDx at such a young age is emotional and humbling. We look forward to the same warmth, encouragement, and recognition from the school for this milestone, just as we have experienced throughout his journey so far. Thank you, Orchids, for believing in children, celebrating individuality, and helping young dreams take flight. We remain proud, grateful parents — and proud members of the Orchids family. — Parents of Master Garuda Balaji
