It is, without a doubt, the finest dining experience in Aerocity—easily outclassing regional heavyweights like Kiyan, Annamaya (Andaz), and the JW Marriott. The breakfast spread and overall food quality are flawless. ​Exemplary Management: The impeccable service standards across the property are a direct reflection of the stellar leadership of the CEO, Mr. Kush Kapoor. The hospitality team is seamless, attentive, and deeply committed to guest satisfaction. ​Areas for Improvement: ​Dated Guest Rooms: While the hospitality is 5-star, the rooms themselves are in serious need of a modern overhaul. The bathroom layouts feel dated, show signs of wear, and are not particularly user-friendly. ​Inadequate Blackout Curtains: The curtain system in the room fails to block out the sharp morning sunlight effectively, which unfortunately disrupted the sleep. ​Verdict: Come for the unmatched dining, the beautiful green ambiance, and the brilliant hospitality. Extremely disappointed with our experience at Rosette House Delhi. The last two times we visited the property, we experienced theft, which itself was extremely disturbing. What was even more shocking was the way the management handled the situation. Instead of helping us, investigating properly, or trying to find a solution, we were forced to leave the property the very same night. Initially, we were told that we could check out the next day and that the night would be refunded as a gesture of goodwill and compensation for what had happened. However, once we expressed our anger and disappointment, the entire stance changed. We were then told that if we did not vacate the hotel within half an hour, we would be charged for the night. The management even used the “right to admission” argument against us rather than handling the matter professionally and empathetically. What upset us the most was not just the theft, but the complete lack of accountability, sensitivity, and customer support from a reputed property. We genuinely expected better from a hotel of this standard. Would never recommend this place after such repeated and traumatic experiences.
