They have very little regard for patients’ time. This directly led to missed meetings on my end because they give appointments but don’t stick to their own schedule. The bigger issue is that the management clearly hasn’t trained the staff properly or created systems capable of delivering even a half-decent service experience. There’s zero sense of accountability when delays or issues happen. Dr. Srivastava was good. If you value your time and have a busy schedule, check with them if they can meet their own appointment schedules.
The clinic is really good. The surgery went really well and the nurses were very professional. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5- the lady who was in charge of the insurance is very unprofessional. We submit all the documents on Monday and they submitted the documents very late and she even forgot to submit the biometric reports. And things got delayed a bit.
This was my first visit to the place.I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the place and friendly and helpful attitude of all staffs.I found them to be very efficient and quick in all tests.Doctor Srivastava was a very friendly and patient man and seeing him gives confidence to any body.No undue tests or medicines.I went along with my wife both are Sr citizens and all checkups were done within 60 minutes (and we took the appointment today afternoon). Liked the place very much👍😊
