Visited The Ancient Barbeque, Sector 63, Noida recently. The overall experience was average. The food was decent, but not particularly impressive. The grilled starters were the biggest disappointment—many items were overcooked or burnt, which affected both the taste and texture. I also noticed the staff moving skewers from one table to another, which did not leave a very good impression. That said, the non-grilled starters were quite enjoyable, and the main course was well-prepared with good variety and flavor. Desserts were also satisfactory. The service could definitely be improved. We had to request certain items multiple times before they were served, which made the dining experience less smooth than expected. Overall, while there are some positives, especially the main course and non-grilled starters, the quality of the grilled food and the average service prevent this place from standing out. A decent option, but there is room for improvement.
