This restaurant offers a tasteful blend of pleasant aesthetics, outdoor seating, and very good food. The ghee roast chicken and rawa fish fry were excellent, and the option to select the fish from an available range adds to the experience. We also had appams with a mutton dish, which was equally enjoyable. A special mention for the impressive variety of chutneys, all of which complemented the meal well. The service was attentive and efficient. Given the location and the above aspects, please note it's not a budget restaurant

This is a legendary spot for coastal cuisine, serving up fresh seafood that bursts with authentic flavors, all in a warm and inviting ambience perfect for families. The staff was super sweet and attentive, making my visit feel special, Mr. Laxman recommended me the bestsellers and every dish was nothing short of amazing. The highlight, though, has to be their desserts: from the rich badam halwa to the comforting ragi mani, and my personal favorite, the silky elaneer payasam, each one was outstanding. A must-visit for anyone who loves great food, heartfelt hospitality, and good vibes.

One of the most disappointing experiences ever. I'd been waiting to try this restaurant for the.past 3 years, having read about it in print and social media. Unfortunately it did not live up to expectations. The crab rashi was basically a lot of coconut and masala and a miniscule amount of crab. At Rs.1700 for the dish. It was practically theft! When the server was told that the dish hardly had any crab in it, he said that crab is a 'watery meat' and hence it is dissolved in the masala! I'm from Goa, so this certainly did not fly with me! The mutton sukka too had shredded, being overcooked. The chicken chettinad biryani was basically unpleasantly, overspiced uncooked rice. We had to pack it and take the whole dish home, to be recooked along with regular rice and eaten as a pilau. Only the prawn stuffed pomfret was passably decent, but again, at Rs.1700, it was a given to expect it to be edible. The sanaas were chalky and I've had way better rice kheer at street stalls in Jama. The only redemption came from the complimentary wodis served with an assortment of chutneys, at the start of the meal. All in all, 'Sanadige' was a lamp whose culinary light did not shine bright!
