Buns “n” Burgers

My experience at Buns N Burger was so disappointing that I feel people should know before spending their money here. I ordered a chicken burger, and what I received was a burnt, dry, and almost inedible patty. It tasted bitter, the texture was terrible, and it was obvious that no one bothered to check the quality before serving it. When I politely asked the staff about it, things only got worse. The staff were extremely rude, dismissive, and acted like I was bothering them just by asking for help. Instead of listening or apologizing, they gave me attitude and made the whole situation uncomfortable. Trying to speak to the owner was even more shocking. Instead of offering a solution or even acknowledging the issue, he was unprofessional and hostile, and I genuinely felt intimidated. When I asked about a refund, I was basically told I wouldn’t get my money back, and the entire interaction felt aggressive and completely unacceptable for a place that claims to serve customers. Overall, this was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Terrible food, horrible service, and management that does not care at all. I will never return, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place unless they want to waste their money and be treated poorly. THE PLACE IS VERY VERY VERY VERY DIRTY TOO.

Initial Call: When I called the restaurant immediately, the staff insisted the chicken was "fresh." After lengthy arguments and seeing photos, they finally agreed to process a full refund. Refund Denied: Moments later, the restaurant called me back to retract the refund offer, stating that "the owner reviewed it and believes the burger was perfect." In-Person Confrontation & Denial: Frustrated by this blatant denial, I went to the restaurant in person to show them the "perfect" quality of their burnt food. The staff immediately apologized and began preparing a fresh replacement burger. Final Insult: After a 10-minute wait, the owner called the staff and instructed them not to serve me the replacement burger because I had given them a 1-star rating on Zomato. I explained clearly that the 1-star was given because of their deceptive and disrespectful behavior on the phone—not maliciously. To refuse a refund, lie about product quality, and then deny a replacement in person purely out of spite for an honest rating is appalling. This establishment demonstrates a complete lack of quality control, accountability, and basic professionalism. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Buns and Burger.

It had a perfect balance of crispy texture and flavorful seasoning, showcasing a great blend of Korean spices. The combination of these two dishes made for a memorable meal. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was casual and welcoming. Overall, BunsNBurger is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious burgers and unique chicken dishes.
