Very bad experience. I gave one double and one single quilt for dry cleaning. They said they will give it back in four and after more than 10 days, they neither delivered nor even bothered to call and inform the status. I had to repeatedly call and ask for the delivery. I was told that I will be charged for one single and one double quilt but they charged me 1296 rupees said both are charged as double quilt . It’s extreme manipulation and they really test your patience.
DO NOT USE THEM. I have used their premium laundry services on multiple occasions, they used to be great before however, my recent experience was terrible, gave a white tshirt and the collar came back pink shaded and no responsibility taken or remedial services provided. Charged 1600 for laundry and ruined an expensive tshirt on top
