I recently visited this car detailing shop to fix a deep scratch and a few dents on my car door, and I am genuinely impressed with the results. The door now looks absolutely brand new - you wouldn’t even know there was ever any damage! A big thank-you to Vikas Bhai and Shahbaz Bhai for their amazing work. They explained everything in detail, answered all my questions patiently, and handled the entire process with great care and professionalism. Their skill really shows in the final finish. Extremely frustrating experience with Detailing Mafia. I gave my car for interior cleaning because ants had started appearing inside. I specifically asked them to clean and dry the car properly. The manager, Vikas, also suggested an add-on coating for my alloy wheels and charged me ₹4,000 for it. After keeping my car for three days, they called saying it was ready. When I arrived, the car was not even properly ready and, to my shock, there was a mouse inside the car that had pooped on the driver’s seat. I have owned this car for four years and never had a mouse issue before. They took no responsibility. I even went to a Tata service center where they confirmed there was a rat smell inside and said the dashboard might need to be opened to locate it. When I returned to Detailing Mafia, they still did nothing to resolve it. Eventually I had to buy glue traps and catch the mouse myself overnight. The detailing itself was also poorly done. Pedals and areas near the drive mode selector were still dirty. During cleaning they removed the seats but reinstalled things carelessly. My ambient footlights were left hanging and the metal grill on my under-seat subwoofer was dented, causing sound distortion. I had to travel to Delhi to get it fixed. Even the original ant problem was not resolved. Getting a proper bill was another struggle. After repeated follow-ups they only sent a job card, and the ₹4,000 alloy coating they charged for was not even mentioned. If anyone thinks this review is exaggerated, I have screenshots, emails, and full records of the communication. If you care about your car and your peace of mind, think carefully before choosing this place.
