⭐ **Misleading Discount & Rude Manager at Epic Restro and Bar** We booked through Zomato for two couples, where a **20% discount** was clearly mentioned. At the restaurant, the **manager** told us not to pay via Zomato and promised to give us a **better discount directly**. Trusting him, we agreed. But in the end, **no proper discount was given**, and I was charged **₹4,125**, almost full amount. I don’t think any real discount was applied. On top of this, the **manager was very rude and disrespectful**. He came to our table in an embarrassing and unprofessional manner and asked us to pay and leave, saying our time was over. The way he spoke was unacceptable, especially on a special occasion. Giving false discount promises and treating customers badly is not right. This experience felt misleading and insulting. I will not recommend this place. Please be careful and don’t trust their discount claims. Very disappointing.

Taste was pretty standard... The cocktails were run-of-the-mill... Price was a bit high in my opinion... Service and atmosphere was nice... The place offers live music as well

We booked through Zomato and spent around ₹4,000–₹5,000, expecting a good atmosphere and respectful service. While enjoying ourselves, I popped a few balloons that were already near my hand. It was done casually for fun, and I did not damage anything or misbehave. Anyone can check their CCTV footage to confirm that I did nothing wrong. After some time, the manager came to our table in a very rude and disrespectful manner and asked us to pay and leave, saying our time was over. The way he spoke was embarrassing and unprofessional, especially on a special occasion like Valentine’s Day. Although I paid the full amount and left quietly, I felt insulted. One staff member was friendly, but the manager’s behavior completely ruined our experience. This is not how customers should be treated after spending so much money. A small act of fun was turned into a big issue unnecessarily. I will not recommend this place to anyone. There are many better restaurants with polite staff and better customer service. Very disappointing.
