I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service provided. Feedback was collected during the initial meetings; however, there was no subsequent follow-up from the team. Instead, the responsibility to continuously follow up was placed on the customer, which is unacceptable. It should be the company’s responsibility to proactively communicate updates and next steps. There is a clear need for the organization to strengthen its internal processes and accountability mechanisms. Given the lack of professionalism and poor customer experience, I intend to escalate this matter to the consumer forum. It is highly disappointing that such service standards are maintained while expecting positive customer reviews.
