It was a wonderful experience. The banquet hall had a pleasant atmosphere and was very well maintained. All the staff members were courteous and supportive. Pravin was especially humble and helpful throughout the event. It was a great experience at Novotel. The venue was excellent for a conference, with well-organized arrangements. The entire staff was very supportive, especially Pravin, Nupur, paras who were extremely polite and helpful.
