A must visit park as it maintains aesthetic as well as history of Delhi. The tombs and ruins are perfect for the photographers as they can capture beautiful pictures, especially during Springs. A good spot for family picnic though couples can also be spotted enjoying quality time here. Overall had great experience in this park in the heart of Delhi. P.s. it is recommended to travel via public Transport as finding parking spot here could be troublesome. Also carry water and other essentials as the park is quite big to explore.
It’s a very peaceful place with loads of greenery accompanied by Historical structures. People were having picnics, Music practice, kids were playing. It is also famous for pre-wedding photo shoots. You will find plenty of parking at least on weekdays. You will find some civic sense also as people were maintaining the cleanliness of the place. Overall a nice experience.
I had a great time overall! It was wonderful to spend time in nature, a refreshing break from Delhi’s pollution. This is a nice, quiet place for a family or friends picnic, and you can also learn about different architectures there.
