I visited Kamla Nehru Hospital on 10th February, where I was advised to undergo a sonography test. I went to the sonography department at 12 PM. The receptionist initially informed me that the report would be ready by 5 PM. However, I requested if it could be provided earlier than 5 PM, as I needed to consult the doctor before the hospital closing time. She then assured me that the report would be ready by 3 PM. We agreed to that timing. But instead of providing the report at 3 PM, my sonography itself was conducted at 3:30 PM, and the report was not given at 5 PM either — it was finally provided at 6 PM. I had paid extra charges expecting timely service, but the work was not completed on time. Additionally, when we discussed the timing with the receptionist, her behavior was not appropriate. It felt as though she was implying that if we wanted the service, we should accept the delay, otherwise we could leave. This is not the right way to speak with patients or clients. Moreover, the sonography report was given on a very small piece of paper, and most of the details were not clearly visible. I have previously done the same test at another center where the report quality was much better, and the payment amount was the same as here. The quality provided here was disappointing in comparison. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the service, delay, report quality, and unprofessional behavior.
Useless service and management. They are not confident on their reports. I asked for verify it then I don’t have any knowledge about it. Improper time management. If they asked for wait for 5 mins then you have to wait at least 2 hours. Don’t go here if you want proper result and don’t waste of time.
