I genuinely appreciated the experience here. Azam and Sajid are excellent at what they do, their experience clearly reflects in the way they diagnose and handle issues. From the initial discussion to final handover, they explained the entire process and showed me firsthand what was being done. That level of transparency and knowledge-sharing really stood out for me. Azam was soft-spoken, patient, and made sure I understood how the AC system works, what typically goes wrong, and how they identify and fix issues. I noticed how Azam, takes a few mins post service of each car to sit with the customer inside the car and explains how to run the AC and maintain it during traffic & summers.. This is something that shows he and this place actually care. Thank you! TLDR; Professional, clear, and honest, they’ve definitely earned a repeat customer.
