Don't believe the 5 star rating. The driver takes shortcut to get 5 star rating. Knowing that he won't get 5 star for his service, he instead of getting rating from the customer, he got the rating from someone from the same locality or near by locality staying near my house. Came one hour late with 3 unprofessional youngsters along with the driver.
Worst experience ever with this packers and movers company. The packaging was extremely careless. Many items were not bubble-wrapped properly, and several things were damaged during delivery — including my bike. When we raised our concerns over the phone, the staff were completely unhelpful. Even the driver behaved very poorly. When I informed him that items had been damaged during delivery, he showed no concern and instead demanded extra money. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would definitely NOT recommend this packers and movers service to anyone. Please save your money, time, and stress, and choose a more professional and reliable company.
I had a very bad experience with Arun Packers and Movers during my recent house shifting. The staff were extremely unprofessional while handling my belongings. As a result, my system CPU WiFi antenna was broken and my external microphone was also damaged. Despite this careless service, I was asked to pay an extra ₹2,500 as tips, and they also took ₹1,000 in advance for packaging boxes. On top of that, my new brass pots worth ₹8,000 went missing during the move. I raised a complaint, but there has been no response from their side. It has been more than 10 days and they have neither taken back the packaging boxes nor returned my advance amount. This kind of service is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism. I would strongly advise others to think twice before choosing Arun Packers and Movers.
