I visited this place today to pick up rasgullas, and it was a great experience. The sweets were fresh, soft, and delicious, with just the right level of sweetness. The shop is conveniently located on the ground floor of Botanical Garden Metro Station, making it very easy to access. They also have ample space, which is perfect for hosting small parties, birthday celebrations, or casual gatherings. The overall ambiance is clean and comfortable, making it a good spot to visit with family and friends. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this place for quality sweets and small celebrations.
Food is amazing service by gangai thakur ji was superb
Very disappointing and upsetting experience at this branch of Hira Sweets. We ordered breakfast, and unfortunately found a hair strand in the Uttapam. Even then, we did not create a scene — we simply asked them to take it back and requested the bill. To our shock, instead of apologizing, the staff started accusing us of intentionally putting the hair in the food. What made it worse was that I wasn’t even eating the Uttapam as I was fasting at the time. The staff’s behavior was extremely unprofessional, rude, and accusatory. A simple quality issue turned into a very unpleasant confrontation because of how poorly it was handled. This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. Basic hygiene and respectful customer service should be a minimum expectation.
