I had booked an ultrasound test online two days in advance, expecting a confirmed time slot. However, when I arrived at the lab, I was informed that no time slot was available due to a long queue, and I had to wait for nearly three hours. I would like to mention that the staff was very cooperative, polite, and supportive during the waiting period, which I truly appreciate.
The experience was average. They are empanelled with CGHS however they are not providing services as per CGHS terms and conditions. Divya ma'am in Radiology department is very cordial, friendly and ready to help patient in fastest and easiest manner.
We have had a great experience at HOD (Green Park) at every visit. The facilities are clean, the staff is polite and efficient and the rest reports are prepared and delivered in a very short time. The process to book appointments is very convenient as tests can be booked using phone, their App or directly at their test center. The tests are priced reasonably and are often much cheaper than the labs in the hospitals. They also have a very reliable home phlebotomy services.
