Done my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yogatreya has been one of the most grounding and transformative experiences of my journey. 🤍 What truly makes Yogatreya different is that the learning doesn’t end with the course completion. The continuous post-course guidance, early access to workshops & advanced classes like Anatomy sessions, Headstand workshops, and deeper yoga learning opportunities make you feel constantly supported as a student and practitioner. A special mention to Atul Sir — his way of teaching is exceptional. He focuses deeply on building strong basics and gradually takes you from the roots of yoga to advanced understanding with patience, clarity, and discipline. His teaching is not just about asanas, but about understanding yoga in its true essence. Grateful to be a part of this journey. Highly recommend Yogatreya to anyone who genuinely wants to learn and grow in yoga authentically. 🙏✨

I had a really enriching experience completing my 200-hour TTC at Yogatreya under the guidance of Atul Sir. The training was thoughtfully designed and provided a strong foundation for both personal practice and teaching. The anatomy sessions were clear and practical, helping me understand how the body functions in different asanas. A strong focus on alignment improved my awareness and taught me how to guide students safely and mindfully. I especially appreciated the way props were introduced and used throughout the course, making postures more accessible while maintaining proper alignment. Learning advanced asanas such as Mayurasana, Bakasana, Rajkapotasana, Sirsasana broken down step by step, which helped me gain clarity and confidence in both practice and instruction. The course played a big role in building my teaching confidence, especially through hands-on practice and supportive feedback. The training manual was detailed, well-structured, and very helpful for revision during and after the training. Overall, my 200-hour TTC at Yogatreya was a meaningful and well-rounded experience, and I’m grateful to Atul Sir for his knowledge, guidance, and dedication to teaching🙏

If you are looking to learn the scientific way of doing Yogasanas while not missing the historical essence of Yoga, this is the place to come to! Yogatreya has a course curriculum for TTC that is very carefully curated giving equal emphasis to Asanas, Human Anatomy and Yoga Philosophy, and Atul Sir beautifully crafts the story connecting these three pillars!! Doing the 200Hr TTC will definitely be a unique transformative experience for anyone who is serious about learning and teaching Yoga. Atul Sir shows genuine interest so each of them learns it rightly with micro precisions and perfect alignment. He is adept at human anatomy and provides customised solutions depending on every individual's body type and strength. Atul Sir also ensures each of them gets to practice teaching and goes deeper into the subject. Advanced Yogasanas like Sirsasana, Bakasana, Mayurasana, Rajkapotasana etc are all taught with step by step scientific precision that even new comers will be able to do them. And he does all of this "online" utilising the best of tools to build awareness and deeper understanding about each of the asanas and the anatomy behind it. The course also covers deeper emphasis on Yoga Philosophy and helps one understand Yoga from multiple perspectives like historical, mythological and scientific. There are a few classes specifically slotted for understanding basics of human anatomy and physiology as well. And briefly also covers Pranayama and Shadkriyas. Overall it's a beautiful curation and provides enough knowledge of all aspects of Yoga especially to new entrants in the field. The 500page manual you get at the end of the course is a topping on the cake!! :) Will definitely refer Yogatreya and Atul Sir for anyone who is passionate about this course!!
