The designs were managed seamlessly by Minhaj (Design Manager), ensuring clarity and consistency throughout the journey. Seeing these ideas come to life through Febin’s 3D visuals was truly remarkable. The accuracy was so spot-on that stepping into our completed home felt exactly like walking into the renders. Execution On the execution front, Nithin (Project Manager) truly went above and beyond. He made a conscious effort to walk us through the work being done on-site, patiently explaining details and even showing us samples and ongoing work so we could better understand and feel the progress firsthand. He was always just a call away, consistently available and responsive, which brought immense reassurance throughout the journey. His hands-on involvement, attention to detail, and calm, solution-oriented approach ensured the entire process remained smooth and stress-free—even when mid-project additions came into play. Shopping Experience The shopping phase—often the most daunting—was made seamless and enjoyable thanks to Zaiba, our shopping evangelist. She guided us effortlessly through choices that struck the perfect balance between aesthetics and practicality. Accounting was handled by Deekshitha and Vandana, and we were extremely pleased with how transparent, structured, and well-managed the entire process was. It gave us great confidence and peace of mind throughout the project. Under Abrar’s leadership as Regional Head, the entire team functioned with impressive cohesion, professionalism, and accountability. While we knew from the beginning that The Karighars were a premium choice, living in our finished home has truly validated that decision.
