I visited the clinic for skin rashes in body, but I was prescribed a cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen that actually made my skin condition worse within just three days. My skin became extremely dry, developed patches, and I experienced increased pigmentation instead of improvement. I spent around ₹4,000 on these products, and unfortunately they were completely useless for me. After stopping the products, my skin slowly returned to normal, which clearly shows they did not suit my condition. Patients visit dermatologists expecting proper guidance and safe treatment — not worsening skin issues and wasted money. I strongly suggest the clinic improve product recommendations and staff professionalism.
