Got our Ford Aspire serviced for the first time outside authorised service centre & was pretty happy. The owner was very informative & helpful, also very transparent to what all was done with the car. The charges are also reasonable.
Overrated in team bhp. As a car enthusiast I went there . Owner won’t even speak to you. One guy will be assigned who won’t respond to your messages . Took 10 days to fix my hosepipe , fine it’s an old zen part availability is an issue. What about distributor leak, they didn’t even notice that ? And left front power window stopped working completely. How notorious. Don’t go by all these positive reviews , or perhaps this mr Suman is just a biased person and prefers the ones coming for big mods . God knows . I gave my car to premier car world BT road after this, can’t believe Maruti can do just such a splendid job. My respect for Team BHP has also diminished after this .
