Warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. I opted for the pet mini package (smart savings all year) and appreciated the free first consultation. Licensing, consultations, guidance—truly a one-stop solution. What stood out the most was the immaculate hygiene and calming ambience—honestly better than most human medical centres. Excellent grooming – very professional and experienced Rajesh did an excellent job grooming my Shih Tzu. My dog had long, curly hair with a lot of knots and tangles, which is not easy to handle. I explained the style I wanted, and Rajesh followed it perfectly while also suggesting what would suit the dog best based on his experience. The cutting was neat, clean, and done with a lot of patience. Now my Shih Tzu looks fresh, well-maintained, and honestly like a doll. You can clearly see the experience in his work.
